Christopher has spent over a decade at the forefront of the motorsport, automotive and adventure industries .
From running comms for global motorsport programmes and launching Europe’s leading EV infrastructure network to providing senior counsel to humanitarian NGOs in Europe and Africa, Christopher is a trusted advisor to businesses and individuals.
Having lived and worked in Italy for Ferrari and activated prominent global sponsorship of Formula E, he works with clients to understand and deliver commercial success, including pioneering expeditions, bringing new road cars to market, brokering some of the world’s most desirable cars for private clients and rebranding leading clean tech consultancies.
Christopher is a senior advisor to a number of international humanitarian projects including Aviation Without Borders and The Butterfly Project in Uganda and is a keen pilot and surfer.
Naomi Panter
Founder & Director
After starting her career in architectural design as part of a European-funded sustainable transport project, Naomi became a staple of the Formula E racing series. She has worked with numerous teams and EV manufacturers including Mahindra and Jaguar Racing.
Naomi also leads Navigate’s work in the esports and gaming industry, from supporting esports projects, to advising gaming publishers including Japanese video game company Square Enix, and most recently the global launch of F1 Manager 2022, the first officially-licenced F1 management game in over a decade.
Naomi is passionate about working for greater inclusivity and diversity. Her work with transgender racing driver Charlie Martin led the discussion with automotive manufacturers, sponsors and championships on how to better engage with topics of gender and equality and create new opportunities.
Niall Geaney
Consultant Director of Commercial Affairs
Niall joined Navigate Partners in early 2020 as a consultant to assist with all commercial matters.
He also sits as a panel judge on the FIA Formula One and Formula E Cost Cap Adjudication Panel as well as on the Board of a number of charities.
As a practising lawyer based in Ireland he has significant commercial experience with athletes, teams and advises extensively on sports governance and disciplinary matters across a wide variety of sports.
Niall has a keen interest in sports law, particularly the areas of motorsport and extreme sports. In his own legal practice Niall has advised the national governing body for motorsport, Motorsport Ireland, in relation to rules and regulation enforcement and interpretation for a number of years.
