Motorsport

Since our involvement began in motorsport, the industry has become almost unrecognisable. In the early 2000s, tobacco sponsorship was king, V10s were ubiquitous and Europe and North America were the centres of the racing world. The combination of the 2008 financial crisis ,the growth of the GCC as a financial and sporting hub, and the automotive world’s drive towards electrification and AI has brought about fundamental change.

Our consultants have helped motorsport teams to diversify into clean tech and other verticals, launched electrification strategies, new race series, new track cars, and worked in-house at multiple Formula 1 teams. We have managed communications campaigns for vehicle manufacturers, technology leaders, and worked with drivers, teams, promotors and sponsors to tell their stories.

Low-volume automotive

The automotive world has undergone a seismic shift in the past decade, one result of this is the rationalisation of car companies, resulting in fewer than twenty groups controlling the majority of car sales. Another, more exciting, change is the opportunity this provides for specialist low-volume brands that can enter the market with something truly unique and exciting.

In order to succeed in this area a company needs a strong brand, clarity of purpose, audience and product and a unique value proposition. Defining and implementing a clear strategy is key and it is an area where we have enjoyed unparalleled success.

Gaming & eSports

From working on an international Prost v Senna esports crossover event with Formula E in 2016 to developing the brand identity for an esports series that featured multiple F1 world champions, and launching official F1 games, we are embedded in an industry that has embraced innovation and reshaped the way we look at the world.
